Registering passes online
If you've purchased a pass at the box office we recommend that, whether you intend to redeem it online or offline, you register it online at the BIFF site.

Why? Until you register your pass it is like cash. There is nothing to say it belongs to a specific person. If you drop it in the street, anyone can pick it up and use it. We will have no way of knowing it wasn't you.

By registering your pass online, you link it to your profile. When the pass is used, the person using it must be identified as being the proper pass holder before they can make a transaction. It's an extra level of security to give you piece of mind.

Passes purchased online are automatically linked to your profile.

To register a pass:

  1. Logon to the site and sign in. If you are not registered you will need to do so first.
  2. Click on Passes
  3. Enter the PASS NUMBER into the space provided, and click REGISTER.
  4. The pass is now linked to your profile.

A note on concessions
We are pleased to offer concession pricing to specified groups. Please note that concessions only apply to the cardholder and are not transferable. Every time tickets or passes are collected from the box-office, patrons must provide appropriate ID to obtain the concession. If you are picking up tickets on behalf of other people, you will need to have their concession cards with you.
